Antonella ViolaAndAntonio Cioccathey started the activity of the Az. Agr. Ciocca in1991, toTreviglio,Lombardy. Together they dedicate themselves to raising dairy cows born and raised within the family business.

They cultivate theforagein theirfields, using part of the milk to produceraw milk cheeses,withoutAddition ofpreservativesoradditives. The diet of cows consists ofhay from wild meadows,cerealsandfresh grass. This guarantees the production of excellent quality raw milk.
