Shipping and Deliveries
Shipping to Italy
We ship to all Italian provinces by entrusting orders to the refrigerated courier Stef.
Shipping costs are €12.90 throughout Italy, including islands.
Shipping costs are free if the order exceeds €149 (net of any discounts and use of Ticket Restaurant meal vouchers)
Orders entrusted to Stef arrive at their destination in 24/72 working hours calculated from the day of shipment. Possible variations occur due to force majeure or if the order is directed to areas not covered daily by the delivery service.
We ship every business day, Monday through Friday.
Orders received from Thursday onwards will be shipped from Monday onwards.

Local delivery
Refrigerated local delivery is carried out by Carne Genuina staff exclusively in Treviglio (BG) and surrounding towns, at €2.50
Retreat at the farmhouse
Do you prefer to collect in person?
Order online or by phone at 3272245892, free collection at Cascina after 48 hours. We will welcome you to Cascina with open arms.
Cascina opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 - 13:30
Thursday: 11:30 - 13:30
Saturday: 8:30 - 13:00
You can also pick up in the afternoon, but only by appointment! Request a pick up after hours by email or by phone.
We suggest you book your shopping on the website or by placing a telephone order at least 48 hours in advance.

Shipping cost
For orders over €149 shipping is always free.
€0.00 : collect at our office in Treviglio (BG) during opening hours.
€2.50 - €4.90: refrigerated local delivery in 24/48 hours carried out by Carne Genuina staff in Treviglio (BG) and surrounding towns.
€12.90 : refrigerated home delivery throughout Italy. The goods are entrusted to the STEF courier who will undertake to deliver them within 24/72 hours from the date of shipment, or within a maximum of three working days from the date of departure from our headquarters.
Carne Genuina does not ship outside of Italy.
Failure to deliver
If unfortunately the courier does not find anyone at home and is unable to contact you by phone, he will take your goods back to the nearest refrigerated location and your order will be carefully stored , in complete safety until the next scheduled delivery in your area.
The courier will attempt a new delivery on the next scheduled working day in your area or you can choose to collect the goods from the nearest STEF branch, within 5 working days of notification.
The fresh products are vacuum-packed and stored in a controlled temperature warehouse between 0-4 degrees. Our customer service will be available for after-sales assistance for any doubts.

Delay in delivery
Carne Genuina, after having promptly entrusted the shipment to the courier, is relieved of responsibility for any unforeseen delays that may occur during transport and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by failure to deliver resulting from events and causes of force majeure. Obviously our customer service will do everything in its power to support you: in case of need, write immediately to info@carnegenuina.it
Transport and storage of products
We deliver our fresh products throughout Italy via refrigerated courier: we vacuum-pack them and store them at a controlled temperature until they reach the recipient; all transit locations and all means of transport are refrigerated and maintain a temperature of 0-4 degrees. Our products are specially packaged for shipping and are always delivered well in advance of their expiration date.
All our products have an expiry date of 15/20 days from the date of production . This expiry date refers to the intact product, stored at controlled temperatures of 0-4 degrees.
Product storage
If you store our products in a domestic refrigerator, we recommend consuming them within 3/4 days of their arrival or you can freeze them immediately in the freezer as they are or portioned as you prefer, in special freezer bags.
From the moment of delivery, any liability relating to the poor condition of the products is excluded if this is due to improper storage and no complaints will be accepted after the fourth day from delivery.
