Gran Bollito Box of assorted 100% Italian cuts of meat in a 3kg economy pack, perfect for preparing an excellent mixed meat boil , a tasty typical winter dish in our countryside, in a slightly smaller version than the famous Piedmontese Bollito, but always present on the tables of the Christmas holidays.

The 3 kg Gran Bollito Box includes the following cuts of meat:
- Royal or Muscle Cut , 800 g
- White steak or brisket, 500 g
- Half Free-Range Chicken , 1200 g
- Cotechino , 1 piece, 600 g
- Artisan Cremonese Onion Mostarda , 1 jar of 260 g

We ship throughout Italy with refrigerated courier: we suggest ordering by December 13th to receive by Christmas. Collections in Cascina are guaranteed until December 23rd, by booking your shopping by December 19th.

The traditional mixed boiled meat recipe involves immersing cuts of beef, chicken and pork in already boiling water , combined with vegetables. The meat will maintain a full and tasty taste. The contents of the Bollito Box are perfect for preparing a rich tray of boiled meats to accompany with mustard or green sauce, enough for 4/5 people.

All cuts are packaged in practical vacuum bags and you can directly freeze them in your freezer.
On every single bag of the family pack you will find a QR Code that will allow you to know at any time which company the meat you are about to prepare comes from.
