Tasty chicken skewers procedure

Let's prepare the accompanying sauce

Blend in a mixer, half a red onion, two tablespoons of wine vinegar, a teaspoon of brown sugar (or normal), half a glass of EVO oil, salt, pepper and our mustard. We will have to create a thick and tasty sauce, we add any ingredients that seem to be missing.

Let's move on to our skewers. Let's take them and sprinkle them with oil and the Chicken RUB, if we don't have it we can make a mince of garlic and fresh aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme and bay leaves. We leave our skewers to marinate for at least 3 hours before cooking so that the aromas pass to the meat.

Once marinated, take our skewers and sprinkle them with a generous brush of mustard. If someone doesn't like its spicy taste, we can also skip this step and decide whether to use the accompanying sauce.

We prepare our barbecue, electric grill or griddle for direct cooking. Cook the skewers on the fire - or rather on live embers - checking them and turning them every 3 minutes until completely cooked.

In the meantime, prepare a fresh salad with iceberg or the variety you prefer, the orange cut into segments and its juice, the fennel cut into fine slices, salt and pepper. We place our skewers on the plate and serve with the salad and sauce created previously.
