We can simply marinate it with oil, salt, garlic and lemon or lime juice or add sweet or spicy paprika or a RUB dedicated to chicken meat. The important thing is that the meat is marinated for at least 1 hour before cooking, the ideal time is always about overnight. |

Fajitas dish procedure
