  • 1 beef fillet
  • 100 g of black peppercorns
  • 100 g of green or red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 150 ml of cream

Pepper crusted fillet procedure

Let's prepare the ingredients for the crust: in a mortar, coarsely grind the mixed peppercorns.
