100% Italian adult beef (born, raised, slaughtered, packaged in Italy) in a 3.5 kg economy pack. A small treasure chest of delicacies, with exceptional shapes and flavors, ideal for small families, couples or singles who want to experiment and try cooking beef using different cuts.

There 3.5kg box includes the following cuts of beef:

• 2 Ribs or 1 Florentine steak, total 600 g
• 4 Hamburgers of 150 g each
• 3 Slices of Noce or Fesa or Rump of 500 g total
• 1 500g minced meat
• 1 Stew of 500 g
• 1 Roast of 800 g (including Royal, Priest's Hat, Sirloin, Shoulder, Fish, Braised)

It is possible to express preferences on the possible alternatives: the requests will be fulfilled depending on the availability of the product.

All cuts are packaged in practical vacuum bags to allow you to freeze them directly, without any additional processing!

Transport takes place exclusively via refrigerated van : you will receive the Box at home, stored at a controlled temperature in complete safety.

This 100% Italian meat comes from cattle born and raised on our family farm.
