“57” Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG : sparkling wine naturally fermented with the Charmat Method.
11% vol, light straw yellow color and with impeccable clarity embroidered by a fine and incessant perlage . Intensely fruity aroma reminiscent of golden apples and acacia flowers. Savory, slender, light taste . Serve at 6/8° C.
Recommended as an aperitif or paired with fish and white meats.
The “57” recalls the year of the foundation of the Montelliana winery, in which only a selection of the best grapes from the hills of the Asolo DOCG area are processed.
