Riserva Red Beer

A farmhouse drawn in an ancient parchment from1496, a barley cultivation with a solid tradition behind it, a producer who since2012gets involved in the campaigns ofSet it, in the province ofMilan.

Here, for years, the barley used in the production of beers was grown. Pratorosso stands out for oneshort supply chainand the production ofraw beers,without pasteurization, to preserve the aromas as much as possible and complete the bouquet of flavors and aromas through therefermentation in the bottle.
