The color of beer is one of the important elements that help to highlight the raw materials used for its preparation. Malt is the first parameter that comes into play to outline the characteristics of craft beer. However, the various processes used for its production are also very important. It is also essential to remember that the color of beer is strongly related to its aroma, but not to its alcohol content. In short: the color defines the type of beer, but not its style!

Produced with a blend of three different barley malts, it is characterised by an intense blond colour, with amber tones, and a white foam.
On the nose, fresh and herbaceous aromas are detected, followed by hints of grapefruit. On the palate, notes of honey and almonds are perceived, leaving room for a bitterish finish, pleasantly inviting the next sip.
Excellent companion to cheeses, first courses and fish-based second courses.
