Organic rolled bacon is a culinary delight that brings the authentic taste of the Marche directly to your table. Prepared with care and love, this pork belly is the result of a centuries-old artisan tradition and the exceptional quality of pigs raised in semi-wild conditions. The organic bacon is salted with organic ingredients (salt, pepper, garlic and wine) for 15 days, tied by hand and aged for a minimum of 90 days.
Organic pancetta captures the unique character of the Cinta Senese pig (crossbreed) raised in the semi-wild state, offering a cured meat with an authentic, rich flavour, with a strong, tasty note of fat , which is unrivaled. It is recommended for barding and for all types of cuisine.
This seasoned organic bacon comes from a Cinta Senese crossbreed pig, born and raised in a semi-wild state on the DellaVenza farm.
This is an artisanal organic product, without preservatives, without nitrites and nitrates which comes from 100% Italian cross-breed pigs from Cinta Senese and descendants of the Suino Della Marca, born and raised on pasture by the Azienda Agricola DellaVenza.
The products are processed in the company to produce cured meats with Ccpb organic certification and are transformed in its company laboratory with the exclusive use of organic natural ingredients (salt, pepper, garlic, natural flavourings, wine), respecting the manufacturing process dictated by our tradition.
The recently built laboratory is equipped with the Ce stamp , which guarantees a safe manufacturing process with the highest standards of controls from a hygienic and sanitary point of view.
