Description
Lonzino with organic seasoned lard, without preservatives from Cinta Senese crossbreeding; salted by hand for 15 days, stuffed into natural casings and aged for a minimum of 120 days. It differs from the seasoned Lonza due to the slice which includes pork loin and back fat . Sliced portion* of 100 g or 500 g slice.
The loin with lard, also called rigatino with lard from mixed Cinta Senese crossbred meat reared in a semi-wild state , is an authentic culinary delight that embodies the perfection of the Marche charcuterie art. Prepared with care and love, it is the result of a minimum maturation of 120 days, a process that requires patience and dedication guaranteeing a rich and unmistakable flavour.
The loin is a tasty delicacy. With this organic cured meat, you can savor the authentic flavor of pork raised in a semi-wild state without the use of antibiotics and without GMO feeding. Each slice is an explosion of flavour, a tribute to the breed used, a cross between Cinta Senese and descendants of the Marche pig, and to the diet used.
This matured organic Lonzino comes from a Cinta Senese crossbreed pig, born and raised in a semi-wild state on the DellaVenza farm.
This is an artisanal organic product, without preservatives, without nitrites and nitrates which comes from 100% Italian cross-breed pigs from Cinta Senese and descendants of the Suino Della Marca, born and raised on pasture by the Azienda Agricola DellaVenza.
The products are processed in the company to produce cured meats with Ccpb organic certification and are transformed in its company laboratory with the exclusive use of natural organic ingredients (salt, pepper, garlic, natural flavourings, wine), respecting the manufacturing process dictated by our tradition .
The recently built laboratory is equipped with the Ce stamp , which guarantees a safe manufacturing process with the highest standards of controls from a hygienic and sanitary point of view.
