Beef fillet is one of the most consumed cuts of adult beef. It is a unique and special format suitable for many preparations and used in a wide range of recipes from different regions of Italy.
It is an ideal cut for all palates because it is tasty, lean and is subjected to a long maturation thanks to which it remains very tender. The beef used for the fillet is taken from the lumbar area of the animal: the absolute best area for taste and tenderness as throughout the life of the beef this part is almost never trained and therefore remains particularly tender and soft.
The cutting is done manually only after receiving an order. For this reason there may be slight weight discrepancies of no more than 50 g.
