Giovanna is Capitelli's cooked bacon. The rich and sweet flavor of bacon, the light hint of smoke, the softness and naturalness of honey. Two large bellies from heavy Padano pigs, which are first seasoned and then flavored with spices and aromatic herbs, after days of slow massage are sewn together and then tied with skilful manual work.
