In 1986, Massimo began his adventure, deciding to take the reins of the company and continue the production of Taleggio, which at the time was sold fresh to seasoners. Their cheeses such as Pan di Cacio, Blutunt and Taleggio DOP havewonseveral times theWorld Cheese Awards.
